PRIVACY NOTICE

Monthly Tuition Policy:

Tuition fees for lessons will be billed on a monthly basis due on the 1st of every month. The full monthly tuition fee is required to reserve your lesson time. This approach ensures the continuity of your designated lesson slot and helps maintain the consistency necessary for optimal progress.

Advance Notice:

Please provide at least 6 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson. This allows for better scheduling flexibility and enables me to accommodate other students. Cancellations can be done through the student portal, as well as through email or text.

Makeup Lessons:

Makeup credits will be granted for cancellations made with the required notice. You can schedule your makeup lesson through the student portal during any available time slot posted in the calendar. If none of the posted times work for you, please let me know and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. Makeup credits cannot be used to pay for your regular scheduled lesson time.

Emergency Situations:

In the case of sudden emergencies or unforeseen circumstances, exceptions can be made. Please communicate the situation as soon as possible, and we will work together to find a solution.

Late Cancellations:

Cancellations made with less than 6 hours notice may not be eligible for a makeup credit. However, I understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise, and I am open to discussing each situation individually.

No-Show Policy:

If a student fails to attend a scheduled lesson without providing any notice, the lesson fee for that session will still apply. Consistent no-shows may result in the loss of the lesson slot.

Inclement Weather Policy:

Any weather closing information will be confirmed via email. Assume that we are remaining open for lessons or classes unless we announce differently or if your school is closed.
As always, your safety is our top concern. Please be safe and use your own discretion to decide when to travel based on conditions in your area or your driving route.
No more missed lessons for inclement weather! If weather conditions are such that schools are cancelled or we need to close our location, we will teach all lessons for that day online according to the regular schedule.
